With a few past colleagues, I led an initiative to create a new non-profit organization in downtown Kitchener in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, providing free, physically-distanced, bicycle repair services in city parks, community centres, and shelters.In the space of 3.5 months we created a 25-person organization, managed 400+ hours of volunteer time.
