Throughout my tenure, I maintained an active presence at functions, including private and club events, dining venues, and sports events. Tackled pivotal facility improvements to drive membership recruitment, including leading the rebuilding of the 1913 clubhouse, a $22M project that increased space from 50,000 to 63,000 sq. ft. Oversaw golf course maintenance yard rebuild to a state-of-the-art complex in 2015 for $3.5M. Reduced loss in food & beverage operations by $300K in 2019, increased revenue by $430K, and boosted member satisfaction through organizational restructure. Doubled candidates and initiation revenue (2009 – 2012) through the formation of a new Membership Ambassador Committee.
