● Underwritten, modeled, and analyzed over $5,500,000,000 in assets including multiple single transactions valued over $100M.● Prepare financial analysis, development budgets and accounting reports to present to institutional clients, fund managers, and portfolio directors.● Manage Due Diligence efforts with domestic and international clients and work cross-functionally with third party consultants, attorneys, brokers, and transaction counterparts.● Analyze and present return on cost models of proposed and currently under construction development projects to clients including Blackstone, ADIA, Nuveen, and Clarion.● Work cross-functionally with marketing and legal teams to create and deliver 50+ pitch books and offering memorandums for various assets throughout the United States. ● Perform market research for capital market conditions, submarkets, and properties including researching comparable properties.● Evaluate financial debt markets including US treasuries and swaps, and work with the capital markets team on a pipeline of over $1B annually.● Review and abstract legal documents including leases, CC&R’s, and environmental reports for a comprehensive review of assets.
