I provide reusable templates and train Project Managers in best practices. I track all projects and report KPIs to the Executive Board. Since establishing the PMO, all customer service engagements have been successful and profitable.In my roles as Senior Project / Program Manager, I have delivered over 100 projects by relying upon my structured approach to project management. As a Project Director, I've overseen over 150 Go-Lives. With a keen understanding of business, I am involved in all aspects of the project from initial contractual negotiations to Go-Lives.
