I was an inventor and business adviser in a early stage pharmaceutical venture led by Mina Sooch (Apjohn Ventures), which eventually was merged with another start-up to create ProNAi Therapeutics in Kalamazoo, MI

Co-founder of a Bay Area biotech start-up (raised more than $32M prior to acquisition).- Member of the management team- Co-authored business plan and strategy- Supervised a multidisciplinary team of 11 employees (2 Ph.D.), including all molecular biology, immunology, bioassay, QA/QC and vector (pDNA) production- Managed significant portions of the patent.
