My role is to manage a range of internal channels communicating news and information to 700 colleagues in 40 locations across Scotland. The role requires a lot of work with internal teams including HR, Facilities, Procurement and Finance as well as our Leadership Group in order to understand their requirements so I am able to advise and ensure messaging is appropriate and consistent.

Part of VisitScotland's publishing services team who provide best value, quality solutions - either practical or advisory - for all of VisitScotland's print and publishing requirements.Main responsibilities include, account management of print requirements for internal customers within VisitScotland. Serve as single point of contact for internal customers for all print related enquiries. Managing multilingual translations, appointing translators and trafficking translations. Working with designers internally and managing external agencies. Liaising with print companies, budget management and reporting.

Part of an in-house Event Management team providing management and support for a range of corporate, trade and consumer events.Responsibilities included contracts with event organisers, managing stand design and build via external agencies, sale of space to industry partners wishing to participate in each event, on-site management of stand build and was a point of contact for colleagues and partners during each event.
