I have over 15 years experience working with and advising clients on a wide range of corporate finance, restructuring and transaction support issues. Prior to joining Crowe I spent the last 8 years in EY's Transaction Support and Restructuring team in London.I have extensive experience in project managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder transactions as well as advising mid-market businesses and start-ups on fund raising, acquisition due diligence and business planning. I have worked in a broad range of industries in the UK and Europe with a focus on the Tech sector but also including media, manufacturing, healthcare and financial services. I am very experienced in Financial Due Diligence and strategic business reviews, financial modelling and forecasting, working capital and cash management, accelerated M&A, contingency planning and formal insolvencies. I am a qualified IP.I have a strong interest in Tech particularly in the Internet of Things, Robotics and Mobile sectors.Outside of work, I am an obsessive runner and have run five marathons and over 15 half marathons.
