My career has been centered on full-stack development; however I have a stronger inclination towards back-end development. This initiative was sparked by a comprehensive analysis I conducted, through which I identified significant gaps in our existing testing procedures. After presenting these findings to my team and underscoring the need for change, I took the lead in advocating for test-driven development. To this end, I created detailed documentation and snippets that guided the implementation of these new practices. This strategic overhaul dramatically increased our code coverage from 0 to 80%, and as a result, we saw a 50% reduction in bug reports.
