Aside from architecture and design responsibilities, was a team lead, developer, and champion of cross-organization agile projects.

They also provided highly respected development training classes in the Portland, OR area. Responsibilities included customer consultations, technical presentations to STEP engineers, architecture reviews, and technology evaluations. Was the lead architect for STEP’s largest client for over two years. Also taught classes on SQL Sever, XML and COM in STEP's education arm. Specialized as the Principal Consultant for n-Tier architecture and methodologies.
