Mr. Marlow joined Provision Data Services in July, 2016 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Provision was a start-up Tier III, 14-megawatt data center located in the Central Business District of Dallas, TX. His responsibilities include identifying and selecting digital marketing, PR, and telemarketing service providers, developing brand strategy, budgets, and execution of all sales and marketing activities.

Mr. Marlow was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ClientCentric Solutions, LLC (CCS), a subsidiary of Haynes and Boone, LLP (HB). CCS provided a cloud based virtual data room for document storage for HB clients and third party commercial real estate subscribers. His focus was generating revenue, analyzing subscriber use, market segmentation, and developing a high volume business model based on predictable reoccurring subscription revenues. This model was incorporated into a business plan with a detailed set of pro-forma financial statements including multiple exit strategies. While at CCS, Mr. Marlow also gained experience in raising growth capital.

Mr. Marlow was Vice President and General Manager at Marlow Industries, a $35 million privately held company that manufactured miniature solid-state cooling components and cooling assemblies. The company competed globally in military, telecommunications, medical, industrial, and consumer markets. The company experienced rapid growth in the telecom market tripling employment to 850 over 24 months in the early 90’s. It was a winner of the 1991 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award of which Mr. Marlow had an active role. In 2004, he took the lead role for the founder in the selling process of the company. This included the selection of an investment banker, the marketing and auction process, reviewing offers, negotiations, and working with shareholders to close the transaction in December, 2004.Mr. Marlow was involved in management, operations, sales, marketing, and overseas business development. His experience includes the development of strategic plans, their implementation and financial success, business unit P&L, major capital investment decisions, establishing overseas offices and distribution channels, negotiating license agreements, and off shore manufacturing. He has extensive business and travel experience in Western Europe and the Far East.
