Led the separation and transition of all life and health insurance systems and business operations supporting the US business from the Canadian parent company to the newly formed IA American office. Managed the business and IT operations as well as the BPO partners.

Recruited by the principals to achieve technology and growth objectives for all subsidiaries.As Vice President, Client Services:Managed all account management, operations, and service delivery. Managed client services through creation of effective and innovative business solutions.As Chief Technology Officer (CTO):Led the development of technology solutions that created new business channels, including new business models for Mobile deployment, Software as a Service (SaaS) and as an Application Service Provider (ASP). Managed all technology and operational functions.

Senior Vice President Reporting directly to the President, worked with almost every division of the company in order to drive change and growth capabilities into the organization.

Created a new branch of CMSI in Greenville, SC, and directed all aspects of this stand-alone division with full P&L responsibility. Developed key outsourcing strategies and successful engagements to grow the business to be the largest consulting firm in the area prior to CMSI being acquired by Computer Associates.
