David E. Ross is a Partner in Morrison Cohen’s Business Litigation Department, providing counsel and representation to clients before state and federal courts and administrative panels throughout the country. David is a gifted trial litigator with extensive courtroom and arbitration experience, including injunction hearings and other pre-judgment remedy evidentiary proceedings. His expertise lies in prosecuting and defending claims for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, non-compete claims, commercial real estate disputes, patent law, domain name theft, securities fraud, and employment law claims. David’s clients include high net worth individuals, closely-held corporations and partnerships, and publicly traded REIT’s spanning various industries including real estate developers, financial companies, consumer products, health care, nutrition and wellness, publishing, internet and e-commerce, to name a few. He is also an active member of the Pro Bono Veterans Consortium where he represents veterans that have been denied post-service benefits by the Federal Government.Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, David was a litigation partner at Meister Seelig & Fein. Prior to that, he was Counsel at Robinson & Cole LLP and an associate at Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP. Mr. Ross has been named a Super Lawyer® Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation for the New York Metropolitan Area. Mr. Ross is also an active member of the Pro Bono Veterans Consortium where he represents injured war veterans that have been denied post-service benefits. Mr. Ross is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the federal district courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
