CurrentDavid E. Ross is a Partner in Morrison Cohen’s Business Litigation Department, providing counsel and representation to clients before state and federal courts and administrative panels throughout the country. David is a gifted trial litigator with extensive courtroom and arbitration experience, including injunction hearings and other pre-judgment remedy evidentiary proceedings. His expertise lies in prosecuting and defending claims for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, non-compete claims, commercial real estate disputes, patent law, domain name theft, securities fraud, and employment law claims. David’s clients include high net worth individuals, closely-held corporations and partnerships, and publicly traded REIT’s spanning various industries including real estate developers, financial companies, consumer products, health care, nutrition and wellness, publishing, internet and e-commerce, to name a few. He is also an active member of the Pro Bono Veterans Consortium where he represents veterans that have been denied post-service benefits by the Federal Government.Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, David was a litigation partner at Meister Seelig & Fein. Prior to that, he was Counsel at Robinson & Cole LLP and an associate at Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP.
