David has this in spades and is able to ask the right questions, absorb information quickly and make important and urgent decisions. David always puts people first. As a manager, he regularly checked in on the team and always was in the know about all things ACA. I am so honored to have had the opportunity to co-manage with him even though I wish our time together as managers had been longer. In all of my roles with David, I always felt encouraged, supported and trusted which resulted in some of my best work. He was always able to listen to fully understand each decision and choice and when needed offered very helpful and constructive feedback.
