My goal is help democratize ESG content in the Bloomberg ecosystem: Put the content customer want in the workflows they already rely upon.Lead partnerships between Bloomberg and external ESG content providers.Work with clients to best understand content sets they rely upon; source compelling new external ESG content; negotiate commercial arrangements; manage the technical process of on-boarding new content and promoting usage and accessibility of that content in Bloomberg.

I oversee Strategy, Technology and Operations of the Customer Support Desk. I focus on -creating new opportunities for our customers to get the maximum value out of their Bloomberg Terminal-optimizing the routing of incoming customer inquiries to the ideal representative-designing and building the processes and tools required for our representatives to best serve our customers-collecting data, analyzing it and reporting on the departments performance and opportunities for improvment
