David Gallardo I am a husband and the father of two girls and two puppies. I was born and raised in Southern California, so I know first hand the intangible benefits of living in the Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Bernardino area. I lived my early years in the High Desert and after high school I ventured off to the So Cal Beaches along the sunny Santa Barbara Coast. I attended the University of California Santa Barbara where I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Political Science. While attending UCSB, I became very acquainted with Ventura and Santa Barbara County, where I thought I would live for the foreseeable future. However, shortly after graduating from UCSB I moved to Los Angeles and decided to give back to my community and join the Los Angeles Police Department. I have been serving with LAPD for eight years. After a couple of years with LAPD, my next goal was homeownership. I grew up seeing my parents value homeownership, as they moved from Los Angeles to the High Desert. My parents’ decision brought stability to our family and an opportunity to own their house. This motivated me to purchase my first investment property in the city of San Bernardino in very close proximity to the university. Since then, I began to realize the benefits of owning a home. I decided to learn the ins-and-outs of property ownership by becoming a real estate professional. Through my own experience, I understand that buying one’s first home can be stressful. As your agent, I can patiently walk you through the steps necessary to buy a new home. As they say, knowledge is power. The more you understand the process, the more likely you will feel comfortable with your purchase. I am hardworking, dedicated and strive to help others. I find it rewarding to provide the best customer service, and help you on your path towards financial success.
