• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations across several industries• Design, implement, and execute program roadmaps for clients to realize value from Medallia solutions and achieve business CX goals• Consult/advise customers on best practices in customer experience management• Drive program renewals and incremental expansions by tying Medallia solutions to improved CX outcomes and increased revenues

• Manage software implementation and product delivery for clients to provide real-time customer data and insights• Work with client teams to drive and teach CX/EX methodologies and frameworks (NPS, close loop, etc.) within Medallia platform• Translate client’s business goals into requirements, project planning, and managing team of technical analysts to deliver Medallia's suite of projects.• Work with client IT teams to drive the implementation of managed packages (Okta, Salesforce, Dynamics), translate requirements including common security standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth, etc.), and determine integration technologies (SFTP, APIs, etc.)• Utilize common web technologies including XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create client deliverables
