Responsibilities● Liaison between Fine Line Corporate and Customer (Amcor) Graphics, Planning and Production ○ Collaborate with Customer Graphics Department in resolving Graphics issues○ Daily collaboration with Customer Production Personnel to ensure quality and sustainability of our products○ Daily collaboration with Customer Scheduler to ensure timely availability of product to production floor○ Daily collaboration with corporate office in Rhode Island to ensure needed files are provided to maintain production● Daily planning and production○ Update daily schedule and set production for day○ Making printing plates○ Ensuring quality and correct specifications○ Setting production plan for following shift● Daily and Monthly Billing and Inventory○ Maintaining daily and monthly records of Inventory using Excel○ Daily billing, month end reports with Excel● Maintenance of work computers○ Ensuring each computer Windows OS are regularly updated with necessary Security Patches and Feature Packages● Maintenance and cleaning of machines○ Regular Preventative Maintenance on production machines○ Also Coordinating and assisting with major repairs and PM
