Developed and maintained enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamic CRM solution. Included plugin development in C#, UI enhancements and features in javascript, and workflows to automate business processes.Developed an inventory solution for CRM/OMS that checks available capacities, integrates the creation of orders and rate information for services, and automatically restricts creation of contracts without available capacities. Designed and developed external component systems to support sales processes o Developed the sales integration component between orders that are entered through an external website and routes the order into an account, contract, and payment terms to be fulfilled. Updated to be auto-assign to a sales representative based on market, county, or zip code information. o Upgraded the account integration component between CRM and OMS from a running console application to a service using NServiceBus. Converted the integration component from using Microsoft Azure to MSMQ.o Maintained auto-renewal component to process contracts that are marked as subscription to create new contracts and sales terms.o Maintained and developed integration component between the OMS and the ad tracking system software (Ad Trac) using SSIS.o Maintained and developed email routing service that fulfilled OMS orders for vendor email distributions.Created reports using SSRS to conglomerate information available in the ad tracking system, OMS, and CRM.Maintained and ran commission sales process for paying sales representatives based on conditions stored of contract status and commission rates.

Developed and maintained the enterprise server including tools for server side log collection, debugging, and minor enhancement feature requests.Wrote architecture specification documentation for the instant messaging component of the ShoreTel unified communications experience. Worked with a team of engineers to provide fixes to the field (software bugs, network debugging, configuration issues, etc) and QA on issues regarding the Shoreware Server and any applications communicating with the server core.
