• Oversee and manage all aspects of the building process from receipt of building permit to turn over to client• Renovate existing buildings to become licensed ASC’s (Ambulatory Surgery Center’s)• Ensure all building codes, local and state are met along with Department of Health standards, and Joint Commission Standards• Daily coordination with all trades to ensure work continues harmoniously• Communicate daily with project manager on scheduling, reviewing bids, and construction documents• Work with client on developing environment of care standards and building management procedures• Daily job site inspections and safety compliance

• Revitalize and administer 30 websites, increasing web traffic and search engine optimization• Facilitate new network and server integration nationwide and manage computer repairs• Assist in the marketing of 29 marinas and boat rental operations• Implement and organize social media outlets, business listings, email marketing, and trade show booths• Attend industry conferences• Collaborate daily with marketing director and marina managers and attend weekly meetings and conference calls• Help coordinate, organize, and market yearly corporate sponsored benefit concert, benefitting local charities, and promoting safe boating
