Senior Account Executive
CurrentEvolution and expansion of prior role following Assurant’s (NYSE: AIZ) acquisition of The Warranty Group.Single-point-of-contact that manages strategic account relationships with third-party service contract administrators currently generating over $500 million in combined annual retail revenue. Through this role, I aid clients with navigating, initiating and managing workflow processes with shared, internal resources in order to generate additional revenue, provide regulatory compliance expertise and produce financial analyses and statements. I am responsible for possessing a comprehensive knowledge of the agreements between assigned clients and Assurant, and ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled while maintaining any SLAs. Day-to-day I am engaged with Underwriting, Actuarial, Accounting/Finance, Reinsurance, Regulatory Compliance, Legal and IT in order to manage the needs of both parties and lead projects with each team from concept through completion.On several occasions I have assisted with compiling responses to RFPs and identifying proposed fees that have resulted in awarded business and a material accomplishment for Assurant, from both revenue and brand-affiliation standpoints. I have also developed monthly data and financial audits that continue to provide signficant, positive financial impacts to AIZ in addition to mitigating losses and reconciling funds.
