A rigorous 12 months program designed to leapfrog the participants from fresh graduates to specialists. This program expects on the job learning. This program consists of:1. 3 months of intensive training, including direct observation in all functions to understand the business focusing on fintech industry.2. 3 months of on the job tandem with individual experienced mentor in Process and Project Management.3. Working on individual cross-functional mini projects, for direct involvement in the business.4. 6 months of on the job learning by continuing to handle assigned projects related to Process Improvement and Project Management.Responsibilities during the program:- Drive creative and customer oriented improvements based on the observation findings- Do customer research/survey to understand the impact of issue found- Ensure the effectiveness of the communication to customers- Project Management; deliver and execute tasks according to project scope and requirements from business owner, ensure smooth communication between business owner, stakeholders, and vendor; ensure the achievement of project success criteria.- Process Improvement: Identify root cause related to issues found, cross-functional impact, create new/enhance existing process.
