•Maintain full revenue responsibility comprising individual sales transaction targets for the Corporate business and consumer sales channels through working closely with all retail partners and direct sales teams, consistently maximising selling opportunities through all available channels.•Take initiatives to launch new and improve existing acquisition channels and techniques.•Full P&L responsibility – retail, corporate care, corporate sales, distribution and direct sales channel •Identify and proactively develop business opportunities within the various channels for business growth. •Formulate, agree & ensure achievement of company sales & profit objectives within each channel through the management of the retail and direct sales channels. •Develop and implement distribution strategy across the various diverse channels. •To monitor and manage the sales and the flow of recharge cards and electronic top-up throughout the 14 islands of Vanuatu which geographically spans 600KM by 200KM•To formulate annual and monthly business and consumer revenue and expenditure plans and budgets.•Formulate a sales acquisition cost (SAC) strategy to ensure SAC remains within budget.

• To set up, develop and implement a sales strategy for the internal and external customer acquisition through field sales, telesales, web sales and inbound sales.• Negotiate at CxO level and agree commercial and contractual terms with external sales channels.• Take initiatives to launch new and improve existing acquisition channels and techniques.• Full P&L responsibility• Management of all product development initiatives and also take ownership of change management through People, Solutions and Business Workings.• Drive business to ensure that weekly, monthly and annual targets are delivered in all channels in line with budget.

• To manage, lead, inspire and develop a team of 9 of Business Development Managers and to ensure sales targets were exceeded quarter on quarter. • Maximise retention and growth opportunities through utilisation of resources which in turn maximised return on investment, this was carried out by internal networking with all departments – BCCC and Account Managers for lead generation and Data Solutions team for solutions selling.• To monitor productivity, quality, sales and revenue achievement and customer base coverage, while also reporting the figures on a weekly basis, this allows me to carry out analysis on results and therefore plan for the weeks and months ahead.• To develop and improve selling skills within the team, through coaching and counselling sessions, based on regular performance monitoring (including the monitoring of live calls).• Business case forecasting with the use of the portfolio mix. This allowed for promotional offers such as the FRA/PRA free installation promotion.
