• Working with cross-departments (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, etc.) to improve E-commerce functions for Profile Design and Bellwether.
• Update product information and content on each respective website for Profile Design, Bellwether and B2B (Business to Business).
• Teaming the Creative and Marketing Departments create banners, images, and display promotions on website.
• Manage website configuration and parameters (including but not limited to, stock management, payment options, etc.).
• Investigate and report any operational or technical issues to management.
• Coordinate with the Sales Departments, B2B (Business to Business) promotions and how B2C (Business to Consumer) promotions may affect B2B functions.

• Coordinate the logistics of the trade show participation, include managing inventory, booth setup, staffing and tear down.
• Works directly with the graphics team on development and timing of the show-related signage, promotion, and other meeting needs.
• Process purchase orders and check requests for show on an as-needed basis.
• Meet the company’s business objectives and sales target goals.
• Provide on-site booth support and supervision of booth staff.
• Manage Point of Sales software for expo sales.
