• Managed administration of ThinkEquity’s research authoring system: managed databases, created new templates and workflows, troubleshot issues, and trained new employees on system usage.

• Ensured the more than 500 clients who accessed the U.S. Research Web site, were transitioned to the new Global Research Web site.
• Fielded and addressed proactively research inquiries from the RBC Compliance and Legal Departments.
