Organising your PEOPLE to better serve the customer through a clear go-to-market plan requires that a strong culture is embedded in business behaviour to improve customer delivery but in parallel it must also have a sustainable impact in society. As a consultant, I have led transformational change projects across Africa encompassing business strategy, brand repositioning, customer experience, customer insight, marketing strategy and market research requirements for Absa, Airtel, Altron, Barclays, Discovery, DStv, Nedbank, Pernod Ricard, Telkom, TFG, Sanlam and South African Tourism.
