Offline Charging System (IeCCF)Played leading role on development of IeCCF for IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks which have hundreds of millions end users. IeCCF as a real-time distributed system supports charging data generation, aggregation and correlation for every end users phone call. Launched in major telecom operators worldwide including AT&T and Verizon in USA, Belgacom, WindItaly, and SFR in Europe, TNZ and Telstra in Oceania, and CMCC and CT in China. Achievements:•As a key member in architecture team, led development of numerous features across multiple releases from versions 0.x to 3.x, re-arch the system for scalability, flexibility and performance.•Troubleshot and effectively provided workaround, short-term, and long-term solutions for complex issues found in IeCCF deployment, as well as FOA and FSA in Verizon, AT&T, SFR, and Belgacom sites.•Ensured successful IeCCF integration, release upgrades, and Acceptance Test Plans in Verizon, AT&T, SFR, and Belgacom sites, providing comprehensive review and support.
