Helped by my Marketing Assistant, I was tasked with delivering a targeted number of membership enquiries each month. The figure grew by 120% in 2012 following a successful rebrand which involved a new name and corporate branding, a fresh marketing message and a new web site. I started as Marketing Co-ordinator at the National Pharmacy Association, the Society's former parent body, before PG became independent in 2007. I was made Deputy Head of Sales and Marketing in 2010, which reflected the part that looking after new business development played in my role, before specialising as Marketing Manager the following year.
