• Lead Structural Analyst in the Mechanical Analysis group supervising up to 6 support analysts• Interface with program office, customers, vendors, and other subsystem lead engineers to provide and/or review analysis and test results• Author detailed design review packages and present at formal reviews to support major project milestones • Perform finite element analysis (FEA) of space vehicle structures including sine, random, quasi-static, flexible body modes and coupled loads analyses• Conduct static and dynamic tests on both primary and secondary spacecraft structures/components, including writing test procedures, performing pre-test analysis, directing tests, post-test correlation of models and writing test reports• Cost Account Manager (CAM) for structural analysis on multiple spacecraft programs, managing an average of 7500 man-hours, insuring monthly compliance to schedule performance index (SPI) and cost performance index (CPI) goals• Establish component /sub-assembly environments for shock and vibration based on spacecraft level test/launch data• Participate in Failure Review Boards (FRB), providing input for mechanical fishbone elements and developing analysis/test plans gather evidence

Engineer in the Deep Submergence Systems Program (DSSP). Performed extensive finite element analysis (linear and nonlinear solutions) of naval structures. Analysis considerations included stress, fracture, fatigue, corrosion, buckling, vibration, and shock (Navy DDAM).
