TAPSCAN is a web-based media ratings software suite catering to local market needs, primarily used by Media sellers like Radio salespeople and Advertisers/Agencies.Led the offshore team of 20 developers and 5 QAs for the successful Tapscan 11 GA release. The new release has enhanced with web 2 UI to provide a rich user experience using JSF and Richfaces. Also introduced new modules such as Account Management, Campaign Management and proposals systems using JPA,Hibernate, Hazelcast. This helped to attract new customers as well as retaining the existing customers.

Spearheaded the overhaul of the PMPA system for the National Healthcare Group (NHG) in Singapore, enhancing patient management and administration capabilities.Engineered and deployed the ePOS (electronic Polyclinic Out-patient System), a robust Java and JEE-based enterprise solution, across all 27 NHG polyclinics, ensuring scalability and open-source integration.Led the report development team, integrating application reports and establishing a Business Intelligence (BI) reports environment using Elixir Repertoire products. Involved in the design and development of the Billing module in Java and JSF, including the creation of complex bill forms and deployed into Tomcat Web server and Websphere App server.

Developed for Credit Loss Management (CLM) in the Single Family division. The project is aimed to address property foreclosures by automating valuation order management and designation in response to manual processes in the existing TRAX system. The TRAX release 8.8 introduced enhancements to handle increased volume and automate vendor assignment, ordering, and property valuation through the integrated Valuation Engine Dashboard (VED).Designed and developed complex screens for SWING client modules such as valuation, vendor management, workflow management, and administration. Created rich web screens using MyFaces Tomahawk JSF framework, identified business objects, and performed object-relational mapping using iBATIS.

Led the implementation of the Xerox Enterprise Command Center (XECC), a dynamic information system enhancing customer support by integrating and displaying data from key sources. The XECC enables on-field support personnel and management staff to monitor and track customer issues, product configurations, support activities, and real-time customer and product information, ensuring a comprehensive view of on-site operations.Facilitated the transition of the persistence layer from PL/SQL to Hibernate and designed reusable JavaServer Faces (JSF) components like the Dynamic Data Model for report screens. Architected and implemented web services (SOAP) for communication with remote Xerox machines such as iGen3 and Nuvera.

Undertaken the responsibility of refactoring the foundation components/services used in company-wide enterprise Java applications with a special focus on minimising failures and automatic recovery mechanism. These services include Application Event handling, Communication Gateway for Fax, Email, FTP, SMS and Logging designed for deploying in Weblogic Application Servers.Led a team in evaluating and replacing the existing reporting software (Crystal report) for enterprise applications company-wide. Collaborated with various application teams to study their reporting requirements and provided recommendations to use both Jasper (open source) and Elixir Reportere. This resulted in the company saving $1M annually and to have reliable and performance improved reporting solutions across projects.Played a significant role in enhancing SaudiEDI for the Saudi Govt’s custom department to facilitate fast and transparent interaction between government agencies and custom brokers and shipping agents. Its built using java/j2ee, jap, liferay, EJB, hibernate and Oracle.

Elixir Repertoire is a prominent enterprise reporting and BI solution built using Java and open-source technologies, currently used by numerous enterprise applications worldwide.Played a pivotal role in developing key features of the product, including reporting server configuration, security, and scheduling modules for the report server runtime.Implemented features such as a help system using the Java Help API, PDF (XSL-FO) format support and GUI Dialogues (SWING) for the designer.Headed customer support and professional services team for global clients, actively collecting feedback and requirements to incorporate them into the product roadmap.
