I help in developing program goals based on clients support plans and supervising staff who work in group home setting with clients to ensure they are trained in necessary care plans and interventions plans. I monitor compliance with state regulations by maintaining records for clients to ensure our clients are able to access services and receive the support needed. Monitor finances to ensure needs are financially met for our clients, as well as maintaining eligibility for state-based waiver services. I coordinate meetings to assist clients in obtaining behavioral & medical interventions as needed. Work as a team to ensure clients are able to live full, enriched lives.
