I began my Mu Sigma journey in Bangalore, India with a 5 month cross-industry analytics training program. I took intensive courses in R, SQL, Python, Excel, and statistics. After completing these courses, I joined an account with a major weather and technology company, where we identified ways to improve mobile advertising using real time location data. My proudest accomplishment during the 5 months of training came when I collaborated with Mu Sigma's leadership team to analyze both successful and unsuccessful past prototypes. Using our findings, we then developed a roadmap of tasks that must be considered and completed at each phase of a prototype in order to optimize the chances of conversion. For the last 1 year, I have been working on-site at a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. I lead a 7 person team that provides analytics and thought leadership to the oncology and neuroscience Managed Healthcare Marketing teams. My team and I are recognized for creating our client's first ever comprehensive payor performance scorecard by leveraging three separate data sources, developing KPIs, and creating an easy to consume visualization. The scorecard is currently used in payor contracting decisions. Within my first 6 months onsite, I grew my subgroup by 20% and was placed on the top track of associates within Mu Sigma.

Working with the Department of Alumni and Development, I maintained and indexed department reports, documents, and donation records using an online database. I facilitated communication between the department, university, and outside community.

Austin, Texas Area

I Identified strengths and weaknesses of past curriculums, then collaborated with a department to create and successfully implement a new 7th grade science curriculum. Throughout the summer, I led classrooms of up to 20 students and kept students engaged in the curriculum.

Coldfoot, Ak

Coldfoot is a remote truck stop in northern Alaska off of the haul road that runs along the Trans-Alaska Pipeline. As Front House Manager, I prioritized the responsibilities of the facilities department to ensure daily goals were accomplished. I additionally managed the cafe, front desk, and gift shop simultaneously, often assisting over 40 customers per hour.
