- Assist RSA faculty with overall course needs and research projects. Help with social media efforts relative to the RSA program as well as maintaining and monitoring department website. - Help with branding the KRS department as a whole by sitting in on departmental strategic planning meetings, working on the on-going marketing plan of KRS, and attend professional events as a representative of the department as a recruiting tool. - Administer MAP (alumni and current student tracking) program in cooperation with Graduate Coordinator. - Organize, promote, and carry-out departmental pre-tailgating cookouts.- Publish bi-semester newsletter for RSA program, update program bulletin boards regularly, inclusive of professional development opportunities and other pertinent information.

- Draft press releases and media alerts, write weekly music and show highlights related to CMT programming.- Compile media lists in Vocus, update CMT’s press-only website for media and help maintain and organize photo archives for CMT programming. - Assist with event logistics and media check in for CMT ARTIST OF THE YEAR, CROSSROADS, CMT EDGE and LIVE @ CMT.

- Responsible for sponsorship recruitment nationwide and all event logistics including venue selection, catering, room wraps at hotels for 100+ people and negotiating contracts with venues on a limited budget. - Created logo for event and was responsible for all media relations including fliers, press releases and handling our Twitter and Facebook pages through Hootsuite.

- Compiled media databases, drafted press releases, created media clip reports for MTSU Poll and Southern TN Festival of Books and helped marketing efforts through the creation on several MyEmma email blasts. - Helped with media credentialing for several events and performed daily secretarial and administrative tasks.

Helped manage communications with media to promote events of Southern Illinois including the 33rd Annual Superman Celebration. This included booking celebrity guests on local TV and radio stations. On the days of the celebration I functioned onsite director for volunteers and lead several events.

Assisted in the setup and breakdown of media room for all athletic events in the arena and assisted in all athletic operations within the arena.

Worked with parish staff to ensure that all needs for a complete nursery service were met, including scheduling of workers during church events, church services and outside events at the church.
