With over 24 years of experience in the medical field, ranging from administration to clinical, I am the answer. I started by obtaining my Heath System Administrator Certification in 2001. With this certification I was able to excel in Frontdesk, Receptionist, Transcriptionist, Billing and Coding, Insurance Verification, Prior Authorizations and PreCertificaiton, Doctor's Secretary, Bookkeepping, Reconciliation, MicroSoft Office, Explorer, and Outlook. I gained experience with STAR, NextGen, Genesis, Cerner, and EPIC in EMR Applications. After 13 years of administration, I embarked on the clinical aspect by receiving my clinical certifications as Clinical Medical Assistant, Ph lebotomy, and EKG Technician. While certifying, I received the highest grade in EKG Techician in NHA testing of my class with a 475 out of 500. Graduated top (3) three in my class. Upon working, I received over a dozen Press-Ganey rewards for outstanding customer service weekly. I have received Employee of the Month for customer service (3) three times in 2021 for Customer Service. In recent years, I have been Facilitating, Consulting, and Coaching Physicians, Nurses, and Medical Staff on EMR systems nationally and abroad. While in Canada, I was promoted to Team Lead overseeing operations throughout the entire facility.
