Healthcare in America has so many layers and I've spent time working in many of them. From Emergency Departments, to corporate finance. Face-to-face, on the phones or completely virtual I've seen many sides of healthcare and my focus is always on both those being served and the company serving them. Administrative roles in healthcare combine the medical needs of patients and the necessary business side of things. I have spent many years working directly with people receiving medical services and those experiences have taught me the nuances of insurances and billing while not ignoring the real time needs of the people who need help.
