The REALTOR Foundation supports local nonprofits solving homelessness in Central Indiana.

• Follow up of all inquiries, leads or referrals• Build relationship with client from initial contact to completion of event• Answer questions and dissolve issues that arise before and after booking • Provide ongoing feedback of systems in place• Maintain exceptional customer service and detail to all facets of events

Research, network and coordinate with local homeless outreach organizationsLiaison for those in the homeless community that are ready to move into programs to assist with addictions, housing, social services, etc. to transition into a life beyond homelessness

• Coordinated mission trips/outreach projects that aligned with the mission of Heartland Church• Managed the monthly outreach project volunteer calendar and established team leads to assist within each project cycle• Developed relationships within the church body and community organizations to establish ongoing engagement and future need for outreach projects• Facilitated tactical meetings for mission trips • Curated content for the church’s social media platforms
