I have been a full-time resident in Sarasota County since 1988. I started buying investment property in 1994 and purchased around 30 properties. I have also been committed to managing, developing, marketing, and helping with the acquisition process, remodeling, and restructuring four resorts over the past 30 years. I am now focused on my full-time real estate efforts and volunteering in the community. I absolutely love having the opportunity to take my experience and help others with their real estate goals. My diverse background specializes in everything from leases, vacation homes, luxury properties, first time home buyers, and investors. I have always had a true passion for real estate since I was a child. I am living my dream helping people with one of the biggest investments typically make during their life time.
