Leading the HR function with three team members, providing commercially focussed strategy in line with key business challenges to the Senior Management team. This role encompasses all aspects of a generalist role, delivering effective implementation of the businesses HR strategy, aligning with site requirements over the medium to long term. Key responsibilities include all aspects of ER, L&D, change management and TUPE, partnering the senior management team to deliver a high performance culture.

Key partner of a small HR team, supporting two sites of over 400 employees, responsible for operational ER issues including absence management, disciplinarys and grievances. This role involved supporting the implementation of strategic change initiatives including transforming employee culture, working closely with Trade Unions.

Providing generalist HR support to HR Advisor, HR Manager, Team Leaders and Managers as well as absence management, recruitment and selection, inducting all new employees including current Managing Director.

All aspects administrative support to the Company Director and Company Secretary including management of diaries, minute writing, ensuring compliance with data protection.
