Manages the national marketing programs for multi-specialty dental group practices located in multiple states across the country as well as the marketing of a national dental discount program. Campaign tactics include print, radio and online advertising, website and landing pages, social media, email and direct marketing. Partners with dental group leaders to develop strategies to meet business goals and increase new patient acquisitions. Helps to identifying marketing mix and strategy to leverage national and local activities to drive new patient acquisition. Creates, evaluates and executes marketing plans with media buying agencies to optimize various programs to meet business metrics. Manages production of local marketing collateral/materials to align with national marketing tactics.

Oversees network development, provider contracting and relationships with our dental networks. Motivates and directs all aspects of network development and network recruitment staff. Oversees Credentialing Operations for ADPS. Maintains marketing relationships with our affiliate dental divisions in Arizona, California, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Oklahoma, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin. Responsible for cultivating and expanding business relationships through communication with all ADPS clients. Responsible for presentations and training for new clients and their sales team. Licensed insurance agent.

Managed a mid-size dental clinic in Milwaukee, including hiring, scheduling, training, supervision and evaluation of staff. Ensured excellent customer service to all clients. Responsible for all financial reporting regarding clinic goals. Continually met monthly clinic production goals.
