• Led project teams of more than 15+ resources for development of conversion software which produced a successful conversion of 4 million customers to new order entry platform resulting in cost savings of over $500,000 per month. o 9 Migrations total o 1 year, 10 months project timeline for completion o 3+ million telephone numbers converted into the new system o 4+ million vendor orders converted and migrated into new system • During expansion into 25 new Voice over IP (VoIP) markets with the successful deployment of defect-free software to an authorized vendor. I created all of the test data required to verify system connectivity and successful work flow, later training my 15 member team on the test data creation process. • Successfully worked with several cross functional teams to analyze business and functional requirements, designed, tested, and implement new processes required by an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier. That resolved a backlog of 3,700 orders that was growing by 22% daily. • Facilitated 3-hour training sessions for 300+ end-users on an external customer’s order entry system, resulting in improved trouble ticket quality and reduction of invalid errors being returned to the customer’s system. • Identified and implemented test data entry process improvements that eliminated customer involvement during development testing and deployment.
