The Lincoln Way Lead Concierge teaches and guides clients and agents through the innovative technological experience of utilizing the mobile application and its features. Acts as a SME to assist and educate other Concierge throughout the escalation process. Client interaction, first and foremost, is to provide an exceptional experience in order for clients to build a strong loyalty to the program. Build relationships with clients and team while providing an outstanding experience where clients are delighted.-Assists with daily and monthly knowledge base updates and data pulls/reporting-Ensures the concierge are properly supporting the requested service level-Handles supervisor cases/calls-Provides in depth technical advice and direct support to clients and concierge in need. Diagnosing issues and providing resolution with teaching and guidance.-Handles escalated issues and complex inquiries from the Concierge team.-Coaches Concierge as a subject matter expert allowing for development and team building among the group.-Identifies and presents out of the box ideas and changes to Leaders through key metrics, including client and employee feedback.
