In my role as Regional Manager, I am responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and coaching General Managers on operational excellence, sales and marketing, revenue management strategies, guest loyalty expectations, social media guidelines and teammate engagement expecations. M y role's focus was working with the General Managers on strategies to improve their leadership skills, communicate with their team members and hold their teams accountable to meet the company goals. Annually, I worked with my General Managers and their leadership teams to create their operational budgets and daily revenue budgets. Annually worked with General managers to on a capital improvement plan and annual review and goal setting process. Thought bi-weekly support calls, quarterly property visits and annual property reviews, I taught and coached the General Manager's performance goals. As a Regional Manager I supported up to 14 hotels in the Hilton and Marriott family of hotels, generating over $35 million in room revenue, over $5 million in Food and Beverage revenue and supported teammate engagement for up to 500 teammates. I also served as the Team Leader for our company's Guest Service Team. As Team Leader, I directed a team made up of 6 -7 General Managers and Asst General Managers to establish and execute action plans to improve the overall Guest experience at out hotels. Raymond Management Company is a national management company with over 34 hotels. Our team is also responsible for the execution, direction, and monitoring of our internal telephone sales and shop program for all front office teammates. Also, the team tracked brand ranking results and supported the properties with training plans. As the team Leader, I was the culture and service trainer for RMC.

Hampton Inn Gateway Arch

Responsible for all aspects operations and revenue excellence for a 190 rooms Hampton Inn with over 5000 Sq Ft of meeting space including teammate engagemnet and guest satisfaction. I joined the team shortly after opening, sucessfuly leading the hotel with revenue ramp up and operational excelllence, winning the Hampton Brand's Circle of Excellence, top 10% in the brand. Also, served as a GM mentor and trainer for new GM's joining RMC.

In my role as Rooms Division Manager for a 786 rooms, over 50000 sq ft of meeting space, i was repsonibles for all aspects of supporting housekeeping, front office, PBX, houseperons, laundry, lobby attendants, valet, doorman, maintenance and security departments.

I was a GM for 3 different properties within RFS, a Hampon Inn in Denver, and Homewood Suites in SLC, and Resdience Inn and Sacratmento. I was responsible for all aspects of hotels operations, sales and marketing, teammates engagement and guest loyalty.
