I specialize in developing, training, and educating youth and young adults. Everybody has a dream! My goal is to support the development of those professional bridges to realizing those dreams: to close the gaps between deficiency and actualization.Recent career highlights include leading a cohort of 3 college-readiness coaches who supported about 100 students to be awarded over $3M in scholarships and accepted to over 350 colleges across the nation. While working as an academic advisor, I supported over 380 students to increase their course passing rate by 8% within a year: during the transition to remote learning. As a success coach for over 200 minority males, I increased the satisfactory academic progress to a passing rate of 6% over the overall state average.
