I can demonstrate proven capability with a portfolio of high profile delivered projects with market-leading test results and dramatic improvements in business targets.This depth of UX knowledge is supported by strong business acumen, having worked in digital strategy, Project management and (briefly) Product management, and supporting digital transformations for 25 years. I am also a natural collaborator, coach and mentor having worked in various UX leadership roles and taken on a number of protégés on the basis that when one teaches, two learn.Alongside project work I take an active role in team development; enhancing capability, cohesion and culture.
