I work with product owners define product features based on business and user needs. Definition can include textual definition, user stories, narratives, illustrations of process flows, user interfaces, and data structures. I work with designers and developers to guide the technical implementation of these features and ensure they align with the overall vision for the product.

I engage directly with clients to elicit, gather, document, and analyze business needs, user perspectives, and requirements. I advise clients on technologies and strategies relevant to their business model and project goals. I engage with clients during workshops to better define business and user requirements using a variety of elicitation and prototyping techniques. I author development roadmaps including analysis for multiple audiences, associated risks, assumptions, timeline, and phasing. I own pre-sale communication with the client and manage client expectations.I work with development and design leads to validate and inform the approach and estimate effort. I work with operations leads to ascertain resource availability and assess impact on development timing and phases. I support the client and production team on an as-needed basis with ongoing consultation.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, my responsibilities expanded to include post-training support for new Account Executives and Solutions Engineers, responsibility for escalations and exceptions within the SE team, SE team workload management, and responsibility for maintenance of proposal templates and other tools used by the team. I also provided tactical support to Solutions Engineers and Account Executives on an as-needed basis.
