Establish standard hiring process for newly created centralized recruiting team. Team with hiring managers across the U.S. to provide recruitment strategies. Source and pre-screen passive and active candidates, coordinate the interview and facilitate the hiring process to closure. Document candidates in ATS. Recipient of Corporate Recruiter Award in two consecutive quarters by hiring 114 new employees from a diverse pool without the use of a search firm. Research recruiting sources and tools. Attend monthly executive sessions and employee meetings to deliver recruiting updates and promote redesigned Employee Referral Program. Partner with vendors to secure new recruiting sources.
