I was asked to help a local NPO in the community that was having many issues relating to governance, leadership & management. Originally I was asked to be in the new board however it became clear that I was needed on more of an operatiional level.I assisted the then CEO & the international technical assistant in understanding the regulations that govern the NPO as well as general governance issues. I provided insight to the managment team in order to better navigate the enviroment and ensure the NPO would be able to continue.

My role is multi-faceted and includes streamlining the day-to-day operations of the business as well as working on projects that grow the business today as well in the future, ensuring that we continue to provide great value to prospects and clients alike.
