Lead subcontract management support during follow-on and new proposals by determining the requirements and developing, organizing and negotiating rates and terms and conditions. Cost savings and avoidance of over $2 million dollars achieved through statistical and pricing analysis. Support teams with dedication and assisting in creating a strong proposal submission. Develop contractual relationships with subcontracts for R&D based in Boulder, CO and Omaha, NE.

REELcomp.com was a user based online action sports community for sharing and competing amateur and professional videos. The video competitions were the first of their kind where users competed against one another in a tournament/bracket style competition for cash and product prizes. We developed a live event streaming segment of the site that produced live webcasts of major action sports events such as Volcom Surfing Championships, Etnies SKATE and Ultimate Boarder Triathlon. The webcasts were fully managed in house supplying cameras, streaming equipment, switchers, graphics and crew. The founding members raised capital, created the vision for the site, established a strong presence within the action sports industry and a rapid growth online community which was eventually sold in 2009.
