I founded Windrush Care in early 2015 as a domiciliary care (Care-at-Home) agency for private clients in Gloucestershire. We look after people needing care and support in their own homes and it is a real alternative to residential care for many. This is building on my involvement in a similar business in Oxfordshire and many years working in the '50 plus' market with Age Concern and Age UK.I have run large projects and start-ups in the consumer and business-to-business sectors and have extensive commercial, marketing services, third sector, trusteeship and grant making experience.
