I have over 30 years’ experience underwriting the different aspects of life, income protection, critical illness and TPD in individual, group and substandard markets. I am now working in the retrospective underwriting part of the business and am enjoying working closely with our claims team.I am a proactive and empowering leader who is accountable, loyal and leads by example. A dedicated, customer focused, productive and efficient member of the team who always meets required quality standards. Approachable and always willing to share knowledge and experience with others in the spirit of collaboration and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
