I am a contaminated land specialist with about 25 years of experience. In November 2010, I left the UK to come to Australia to take up the position as Team Leader for the Contaminated Land team in SKM’s (now Jacobs') Melbourne office. I am currently a Director in the Land and Water team at Aurecon in Melbourne. In the UK, I worked for a variety of consultancy firms ranging from large multidisciplinary engineering firms to smaller specialist environmental consultancies.I have successfully directed or managed many hundreds of projects in the areas of contaminated land site investigation, quantitative risk assessment, environmental statistics, landfill gas risk assessment and have experience in a diverse range of remediation and regeneration projects. In addition, I have been involved environmental pollution assessment, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory reviews and have provided expert opinion to the legal and Regulatory community.Specialties: Full cycle of consultancy including policy work, audits, site investigation, risk assessment, remediation optioneering and implementation.
